This past week or so, I've been discussing the new generation of home buyers and why they are so important. Yesterday, Mark Madsen sent me this article, which pretty much sums up everything you need to know about why Millennials matter and how your online presence can attract them to your business.The article is interesting, if not somewhat bleak, but as a Gen Y guy myself, I can tell you one thing: when I'm ready to sell my house, I'll be looking online for my agent, not across the street at a bus bench.
